DO NOT have Kat perform services for your pet. She will not provide the services to which she agreed, and she will not communicate changes. I booked Kat from 9/2-9/9. We had met in person for over an hour at a meeting and discussed my dog’s routine and needs. She knew my expectation was she would spend the nights and he would be out of the crate. On 9/3 she left him at 1:15 pm and did not return until 10:32 pm (9 hrs 17 mins). On 9/4, she left at 7:32 pm and did not return until the next morning when she came in at 7:01 am (11 hrs 31 mins). After I saw this, I specifically asked her to let me know if she will be gone more than 8 hours, because I have neighbors who could stop by. She didn’t and she continued to leave him. On Tuesday 9/7 it was 6:23 am until 3:19 pm (8 hrs 56 mins). On Wednesday it was 6:47 am until 4:07 pm (9 hrs 20 mins). She would come back to my house and immediately fall asleep and fail to respond to messages for hours on end. She poorly supervised him when she was home and he ruined my planters. She also took out my outdoor couch cushions from their weather proof container and left them in the rain. They are moldy and ruined. She allowed my dog to chew on a plastic piece and the only way I found out was I saw it in the trash when I returned. My dog was absolutely traumatized by this trip. Multiple neighbors said he cried for hours on end. Rover Support was useless through the process and won’t take any action to prevent Kat from working on their app despite evidence that she compromised the well being of my dog.

Kat did a awesome job with my dog, she sent me pictures frequently to me and I can saw she was happy with her. She is a great person and love dogs. Thank her for her service. I recommend her and definitely if I need her again I contact her again. Good jod Kat.
