Hello! My name is Kat and my partner Tori and I are both the biggest animals lovers ready to give your pet the best experience while you’re away! Tori works from home full time while I work as a nurse also remotely (special needs dog welcome!) so that your pet will always have company and will always be in the best of hands as we prioritize their safety and well-being. We both truly dedicate our time and efforts to ensure that your pet has a safe and happy time at their home away from home! We are both passionate about animals - whenever we are not pet sitting, we are foster parents to pets from local shelters! You can rest easy knowing that your pet will be in the best of hands with us! We recently foster failed and have a senior cat so pet sitting through Rover is our way of continuing to connect with dogs! We thrive on providing the most love and utmost care to your pet just as we do for our own!

Our dog loved staying with Kat and her partner! The pictures they sent us very clearly showed our dog was right at home enjoying lots of attention and belly rubs. Definitely plan on hiring Kat again in the future whenever we are out of town.
Kat and Tori were so amazing! They sent pictures and sent many updates during the day. It helped make us feel more comfortable leaving our sweet pup. He also has separation anxiety and Kat was so kind to share a trainer that can help us!!

Kat and Tori were amazing! They sent a lot of updates and pictures throughout the day. Tori works from home, which meant Pippa had a friend all day and it meant more frequent picture updates. :-) Pippa seemed like she had a great time and we’re already planning another booking with Kat and Tori again in the future.

Our area around La Mesa is very safe and there aren’t many dogs around the area which is great for dogs that have reactivity or are on the timid side. I also have a Furbo camera that we can offer to keep an eye on your pet if we had to step out. However this will be discussed based on each client’s preference. The neighborhood also doesn’t have very many dogs or traffic which is perfect for those pets that dislike too much noise or commotion!

A typical day
We love spending time with your pet in the way that they enjoy no matter the activity. We can enjoy playtime, long walks, or just lounge around! Each pet is different and we are so happy to cater to their personality. For those that like walks, La Mesa so the area is very safe and dog-friendly! However the residential area is more quiet and has less foot traffic for those that prefer a more calm environment. The area is also very quiet which is great for dogs who are a little anxious to be away from home.

Your pet will have love and attention from both of us day in and day out! We work from home and can provide ample time and attention to your pet. We are both very active and love going on long walks or jogs, but also don’t mind if your pet prefers to lounge around! Both of us can be reached at any time of the day for updates, questions or concerns while we are caring for your pet!
