Pet care experience
Hi, I have been working with rover for a full year and I've loved every second of it. I enjoy working with clients and love meeting new pups within the community. Ive always had a family dog, from any age and any size. Ive helped grandparents take care of their dogs if they were not able to and even helped some friends with their pets while they were away. Ive had experience working with puppies (and used to have one myself) as well as working with the senior dogs, plus every age in-between. I’ve had experience with every dog sized from the smallest Pomeranian to the largest Bernese Mountain Dog, and every breed in between! I will treat your pet as my own, and will have fun doing so, as my goal for each pup and client is to ensure a furrtastic experience!

I know of multiple places around town where the dogs can go for walks and I live close to campus where I walk the dogs through campus or the neighborhoods. There are also other places to get there energy out such as hiking trails, dog parks, walking tracks, a stroll around town, etc. I will easily customize to each dog and their needs and will properly observe each dog to determine this.

It is important for me to know any needs I would need to accommodate for the dog, and their tendencies when exercising. I also would need to know their reactivity, and any allergies the dog may have to determine what treats they can or cannot receive.
A typical day
I love being active and outdoors. I enjoy going to the beach as well any hiking trail or camping region I can find. There are plenty of places to explore in the area that I would love to take the pups too, as well as dog parks that we could go to let out energy if that is something a client is interested in.

Availability
I am currently a full time student at UNCW, and I have events, work, and clubs throughout the week and weekends. However, I make time for my clients and their pets and can work around schedules to find the best fit for each family. I strive to give clients the best experience and find time within my schedule to care for my client and their dogs, I make sure all of my clients are fully aware of my schedule during the time of their sitting.
