this was our first time using this app & i felt my experience wasn’t as great. Between begging for photos & videos over a 5 day period, slow response time & on top of that she was extremely rude when picking up our pets. I do not appreciate begging someone for a service that was promised as other reviewers had no issue apparently. When discussing our concern, we were met with a victim type response & gas lit us to tell us “i hope you get through whatever you’re going through” & attempted to cancel a day early when we weren’t even in town! How unprofessional! You say you send progress reports but didn’t. When were you going to tell me one of our pets ran out of food? Did you even feed them?? Like just a terrible experience, & she did not have to treat our pets like that. Kassie you’re nice but if you’re going to continue doing this, you should probably take accountability & not offense when your client is asking for updates.
As always Kassie was beyond awesome to both of our girls. We had to leave our dogs with her for almost a MONTH long stay. Kassie was super willing to watch them for us. She updated us and kept us informed the entire time our fur babies were with her. She’s our go to sitter for our dogs, we feel so at ease when our girls are with her!

Me and the client will be exploring the parks available and spending time in the sun getting some good workouts in. I do also like to spend my time with my clients while I paint or make clothes but this all depends on my schedule for the day ! You will be notified ?
