I have been around animals my whole life. From owning them, to working in Pet stores, to now working in the Veterinary field as a nurse and going to school to be a Veterinarian Myself specializing in exotic animals and zoo animals. I believe in the health and wellness of the pet, and helping the owners out when they need it!

Kassidy was amazing! I booked her for drop in visits for my crazy lab, Chief. She was on time, very friendly and professional, her and Chief got along great, she sent a very detailed message of what they did together, and eased my mind of all questions during our meet and greet before hand. I will definitely book with her again and would highly recommend her!

I believe in the quality and care of each pet. I have an older dog who loves to relax and spend time at the dog park. I have 4 cats which two are special needs. I have a snake and a bunch of fish. I like to regularly have my pets seen by the vet as their health is my number one priority. Quality care includes what they eat and how active they are. I want to provide those same services in your home and give you support for your furry family member and treat them as my own. I am comfortable partaking in extra services while I am in my clients home if spoken about in advance. I do NOT offer overnight house sitting. I am comfortable dropping in throughout the day as well. If you need additional drop ins and times, we can discuss those needs when you book your appointment. Even if it says I have no other bookings for that day, things may be arranged. If you have more than one pet, I am also comfortable and capable taking care of them regardless of size and species which includes exotics and small animals.

I would like to know any health and chronic conditions your pet may have. I am trained in animal first aid and care. I’d like to know if your pet is on any oral, topical and/or injectable medications. I am comfortable and trained in giving any type of medication to either a cat or dog. To book with me, I would prefer a meet and greet to see if I would be a good fit for you and your fur baby. I take no offense if I am not. I also understand emergencies do happen and I’m willing to change my schedule if need be. I want to know your pets regular schedule so they are content and comfortable in their environment that I am a visitor in. I am very keen on communication on both parts. I am very attentive and will be around your pet during the times I am needed. I would ask if you do not have proper walking attire, to please purchase before my visit. I require a leash that reaches a maximum of 8ft. I will not use a retractable leash, regardless of what size l the dog is. I believe in the safety of your pet and myself. An appropriate collar or harness is also appreciated. Please have a list of emergency contacts. I ask for your baby to be vaccinated for the safety of them and my animals. I am looking forward to giving love to your little ones while you’re gone!
A typical day
Being active is extremely important to me especially for all ages and sizes. Whether it’s physical or mental. Nothing beats a pet being happy and tired after a fun day! If you are ok with travel, I am big fan of any high energy places that may have other pets, and willing to take them if and only if your pet is non reactive towards other pets and is vaccinated with Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Leptospirosis and Bordetella. Dog on dog relationships are important to me. If your fur baby is a home body and doesn’t do well with other dogs, I am perfectly content in finding other ways to entertain them, whether it’s walking stimulation or one on one playing. I also believe that senior babes deserve to be active in their own accord for their well-being. I am a treat giver (not an excessive amount) kind of gal. Positive reinforcement is important to me!

Availability
I am available almost everyday to take care of your fur babies. I am available to be with them for walks, drop ins, and even if that includes taking them places such as the dog park or even the vet. I no longer house sit, but I can make exceptions. * I ALSO TAKE CARE OF EXOTIC ANIMALS (anything that isn’t dog or cat) A little tip and trick from me to you! As I do offer 30 minute walks and drop in visits. I would suggest doing a drop in visit if you need the pet/s to be fed or have other services done while I am there. In a drop in visit, I usually will feed, walk, and play with the pet during the 30 minute or more time. When I am booked for dog walking, I will strictly walk them for 30 minutes. To get more bang for your buck, the drop in visit would be more beneficial to you if you want more services done during the designated time. If you want me to just simply walk your pets for 30 minutes, chose the walking service.
