Hi I’m Kassey! I’m excited to meet you and your fur babies. I am a certified vet assistant and dog trainer and have worked/been around animals my whole life I’ve taken care of many dogs in my neighbourhood; walks, training, boarding, and drop-ins and taking care of my friends dogs is a normal part of my week now. Typically I work with small to medium breeds and a few large couch potatoes :) I have a 14 year old cockapoo at home, and have experience with both puppies and senior care along with pill administering. My dog also loves car rides so if your fur babies just likes going for a drive, windows down seat belts buckled they are in for a treat :)

Kassey is absolutely great with animals! She has a lot of experience, both personal and from her training as a vet tech in College. She's very knowledgeable about various behaviours and health hazards when discussing both cats and dogs, and has been a go-to for me whenever I have mild concerns with my pets. She's looked after my pets multiple time throughout the years, and always takes the quality time with them to make sure they are happy and stimulated, above the standard expectations of a basic pet-sitter. I highly recommend her services for a happy pet!

I have a fenced in yard and availability to go to parks/forests or one on one training. I have a small senior dog that normally sleeps all day. I have a very clean and pet friendly home. The Safety, cleanliness and happiness of you pet matters most.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs and I can try to accommodate them as best I can. If your dog has biting problems or hates certain objects or noises and of course any behavioural problems that need to be addressed. Also any routines you normally stick to if needed, (walk times and routes, feedings, play time, training) I will try to keep normalcy for your pet.
A typical day
I love to go to the dog park or on long walks. Stimulating high energy dogs with brain games and different environments is always fun. There are several forest areas around where I live that I love taking my dogs to if they need a little more one on one time rather than the high energy of a dog park. In the summer I bring out the kiddy pools and have them play and cool off. If your pup just wants belly rubs and a person to chill with so they’re not alone I can do that too :)

I am working part time at the moment and also training with a pretty sporadic schedule so typically anything before 4pm is usually workable for me :)
