Kasi seems very kind and provided great updates while my dog was with her but I cannot recommend her as a sitter. Halfway through my dog's stay with her she told me I had to find someone else to watch my dog which caused unnecessary stress for me and my dog, and cost me more money. Kasi said she was having compatibility issues with her dog and my dog and that my dog was incessantly barking. I called her to get the details and the issue was that my dog was getting too excited to go on walks which aggravated her dog and that my dog was barking a lot while she was in her kennel. After picking up her kennel I found that my dog had urinated in it several times so I think that explains at least some of the reason why my dog might have been barking to get out. I ultimately had to call in a huge favor with my vet (friends and family were all out of town with me at my sister's wedding) and my dog had to stay at a boarding facility I had never used before. I have used Rover before as well as several boarding facilities in town and have never received a complaint about my dog. When I picked up my dog from the boarding facility they couldn't believe that anyone could have an issue with her and recommended that I file a complaint with Rover (half of the staff there also works as Rover sitters/walkers). Kasi was very nice and great with updates but was not reliable as a sitter which is, unfortunately, a deal-breaker if you are looking for peace of mind while you are out of town.

As a previous sitter, I can say Kasi is the BEST. She was extremely accommodating, flexible, and patient with us throughout the entire process of booking, setting a meet & greet, and drop-off/pick-up. She responds quickly and sends multiple daily updates. We trusted her with our 5mo Pomeranian, who had the time of her life with Kasi & Lady. We will be rebooking soon!! Thank you!!
