This was our first time using Rover and Kashya exceeded our expectations! It was a plus that she scheduled a meet up prior to us dropping him off for his stay to get acquainted with Deacon. You can tell that Kashya has a love for animals from their first interaction. After dropping him off, Kashya made sure to keep us posted with pictures and videos to see how Deacon was doing during his stay and to ease some anxiety for us. She also laundered his blankets for us which was totally expected and so thoughtful of her! I will totally utilize Kashya again for our boarding needs instead of taking Deacon to a boarding facility. I know he was so much more comfortable and happier under her personalized care! Thanks again Kashya ?
