I grew up in a family that loves dogs and has always had a dog. At a young age I started taking on the responsibilities of feeding the dog, walking the dog, and taking the dog to vet appointments. My sister and I always joke that the dogs became "my dog", following me around the house, waiting for me to come home from school or work, and sleeping in my room at night. The saying that a dog is a man's best friend is certainly true for me! I love dogs and have frequently pet sat for family and friends. As a graduate student at BU, I have a schedule that gives me free time in the afternoons and on weekends. I think the best way for me to spend this free time is doing something I love, taking care of and playing with dogs!
