I first started watching dogs when I was 15. First it was family friends who would go out of town. I now look after friends dogs and friends of friends who go away from home. I've looked after everything from Chihuahua's to Pit bulls, Dachshunds to Labradors. I myself have a pitbull, whom I've owned for 9 years. I am going to school to become a substance abuse counselor and find dogs to be very therapeutic and wish to use therapy dogs in treatment centers with patients who need the extra love and attention that dogs seek from humans. I will always believe that dogs have the super power of judging a persons character. A solid reason why dogs and I get along so well.
