From my own pet friends to friends' pets to animals and pets I meet in the wild, I have spent my life loving on animals of all kinds, training those that I can, and growing my knowledge around the different animal needs and behaviors. I'm passionate about animals and helping people learn how to work with their pet friends to better both their lives! I have fostered and volunteered with high-risk animal friends coming from bad situations and worked with them to learn that they are loved, work through bad behaviors, and be adopted!!

Whether in my home, in my client's home, or in the wild, we adhere to the agreed upon schedule and needs of your animal friend first and foremost. I will always communicate anything that I need or recommend to ensure safety and comfort for everyone. If I notice a behavior not mentioned, such as aggression, I will pass that information to my client and we will work on modifying things to address the behavior if needed. At my own home, I have a private fenced backyard and have plenty of space to be inside or out. If for some reason there is no one on the premises, all guests will be kenneled, and for no longer than 2-4 hours. We have a monitored security system with cameras outside and inside the home, so that we can keep an eye on everyone even while we are not physically there. I have my own dog, who is friendly, loves to play, loves other dogs and people, and has been so helpful in socializing other animals. I do have 2 cats at my home, but they are separated into their own enclosed area and will not be interacting with any guests. I also have my husband and our child, who both love animals and will be around to give extra tummy rubs, ear scritches, and snuggles. **Our household is up to date with all vaccines and boosters. **Vaccine Requirements: • Bordetella • Distemper • Parvovirus • Parafluenza • Rabies • Leptospirosis (optional as the offered vaccine isn't for this region) **Must be on flea/tick prevention

A typical day
If we're not relaxing at home or in the yard, we are walking, exploring, or visiting dog friendly spaces. Because I work from home with a flexible schedule, we tend to spend time both inside and outside during the day with playtime, enrichment, potty breaks, chew time, and snuggles. We have a lot of parks and trails in the area and paved sidewalks in our neighborhood, so when the weather is good (even a little drizzle!), we love to go on walks to explore the area.

Availability
I have great flexibility in my schedule to accomodate your needs as I work full time from home. Walking, feeding, bathing, nail trimming, training, and of course snuggling are all part of my daily life as I care for my own pets at home as well as friends' pets while they're away. Your pet will be cared for on a schedule of your choosing, with plenty of potty breaks and playtime. I am happy to do a meet and greet to go over needs and scheduling at your home or at a park, and if in person isn't an option, I can schedule a zoom call instead. **DROP-OFF/PICK-UP TIMES should be scheduled during daylight hours only.
