Kayla exceeded my expectations. I want to start by saying that the circumstances when I call her were desperate. We arrived in Daytona from Georgia to spend our vacations at a resort and to my surprise, they said they would not accept pets. I could swear that I had read that yes, but upon reviewing the hotel's online policy I realized that they were right. It was already past five o'clock and I had to find someone urgently or my vacation would be ruined. Of the people I contacted, Kayla responded immediately and told me "yes! I could help you" Lucy is a 11years old schnauzer, with her manners and habits, my children were worried by Lucy's stay but since we left, Kayla began to communicate with us sending me photos until the end of the stay. Lucy really enjoyed the stay more than us, it seemed like a five-star customer service resort for pets. Kayla's love for pets is genuine and I can not say more than thank you very much for taking care of our old lady. I have no words to express how special you are Kayla and of course I highly recommend her service.
