I appreciated Karoline and her partner being accommodating of my family emergency and coming to stay with Mel. I was very trusting in asking them to come without meeting them in person and have no regrets. Except that I wish they had been more communicative and open with me in regards to Mel, time of their visits, walks, how Mel was doing, etc.. It was a stressful week for me away from home and that was an add on. It’s okay that it didn’t work out. I’d still recommend them to someone who has a big dog with no special needs. I believe Mel can be specially challenging, as she is older and takes medicine, also doesn’t do well with stress. Next time I’ll be sure to be very clear about that before hand. Wish them luck nonetheless.

Karoline Took great care of our Yorkie Sophie while we were away. She was very flexible and easy to work with. Sophie came back healthy and happy! Would certainly recommend.
