Unfortunately I was not satisfied at all with Karly’s performance as a house sitter for our pets. Although I left very clear and detailed instructions , she followed them only partially and needed reminders. Her interaction with the pets was minimal. When we got back home, several hours after Karly had left the house, we found the doors to the house unlocked and the gate to our fenced yard wide open. We have a doggy door to the yard. Luckily the dog did not run outside to the street! In addition the room she used was left filthy. Big greasy stains and red sauce on the sheets, which I had to throw away, and food crumbs and paper napkins all around. I will not use her again.

Karly took great care of our anxious and high maintenance (at times) pup. Our Cece is dog-reactive and on medications for tickborne ailments so it’s very important to us that she be cared for as a single dog (no dog parks, prong collar and on guard in general) and be given her proper medications on time. Karly made sure Cece was well cared for, even spoiling her with lots of snuggles, as if she were her own. That gave us great comfort, especially on our wedding weekend when we had so many other things going on. We would definitely leave Cece with Karly again in the future. She was also excellent about sending updates and pictures. Thank you, Karly!
