We are a very loving fur family. Myself (Karli), my husband Clarence, our 3 year old and infant sons live on a ranch 25 minutes west of Calgary. We have a playful and loving dog, Remy who is a Weimaraner. My dad’s dog Baxter also lives in the property (yellow lab - very friendly) and we have two livestock guardian dogs (Shep and Sheba) who guard our flock of sheep. We also have a barn cat named Kitty and her two kittens (mighty and mini). All the animals are generally pretty friendly, only smaller exception is the guardian dogs will be territorial of the sheep. They aren’t super aggressive with other dogs but they will bark and nip gently to get dogs out of the way of the barnyard. We are a fully operational farm with chickens(In a coop) and sheep (in a fenced barnyard) I am currently on maternity live and my husband works on the farm, so your dog will get lots of love and affection. Your pup can sleep in a crate or on a dog bed (we have or you can provide). Our requirements are that your dogs be friendly with other dogs, have their vaccinations, are spayed or neutered, and has good recall - land is not fenced. Pick up can be negotiated as well in either Cochrane or very West End of Calgary for $5 extra charge. Any special request or needs please do not hesitate to reach out!
