I love love love dogs and have always grown up with dogs in my household since I could remember. I have also taken care of my friends' animals when they leave town. I have experience caring for small dogs up to large dogs such as australian shepard. I always connect really well with dogs and have a good relationship with them. I know how to put on many different types of leashes, administer medication, and provide lots of attention/love. I have had my personal cat for over 10 years and he is in the best shape. He is currently living with me but has also grown up with dogs and is very docile. I also have a sweet girl (pup) named Sophia and she is the light of my life who is in training to be a service animal. Probably the sweetest and most loving dog in town. I connect with dogs more than humans, they are so special.

I needed a last-minute walk (needed a walk 1 hour before the time) for my dog Ponyo. She came really fast and also responds really fast! She also called me to ask about water breaks and she took pictures during the walk as well. I'm pretty thankful because I was taking an exam but my dog was hyper and needed his walk.
Karlene was an amazing sitter! She took my request last minute when another sitter cancelled on me. She was super communicative the entire stay and sent plenty of pictures and updates. My dog had such a fun time with her and her pup Sophia and I can tell they had a fun time with my dog as well. I highly recommend her and can’t wait to take Henry back to see them.
Karlene and Joey did an excellent job of taking care of Momo. They kept me updated with my puppy's status and her pictures each day. They were well communicated and well responsive. Momo definitely enjoyed her stay and will most likely go back to Karlene and Joey again in the near future.
Loved her. Great with my crazy puppy and very friendly.

I live in an apartment with plenty of grass area in Downtown Davis for your pup to potty in. I also live in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many routes for dog walking. I live close two dog parks and a large couple of fields. I do walk daily for exercise and can go for a jog with the pup if he's got energy to let out. I have a roomie who loves pups very much and will be home much of the day to give you doggy extra lovin. I have a cat who is docile and human-like. He is totally cool with dogs and has been around them since he was a baby. I also have a dog named Sophia who loves to play and is very gentle and works well with small dogs. I am a 5 minute walk to a nearby large field and a 10 minutes from the dog park.

A typical day

Availability
I am extremely flexible and work on the UC Davis campus, 5 minutes from my home, along with some dog walking and housekeeping. I have time everyday to do more than 3 potty breaks, walks, trips to the park.
