Pet care experience
Growing up with my German Shepherd Lucy, my love for dogs has grown significantly. I have been able to experience all stages of a growing dog and the characteristics that come with it and am excited to continue experiencing it. Although I’ve grown up with dogs as a constant in my life, I was not able to be around cats due to a family members allergies. However, that hasn’t stopped me from developing a new found love for all of the kitties that I have met through Rover! Rover is not so much about benefiting myself, but rather benefiting the furry friends that I get to meet and spend loving time with! I am so lucky to have discovered an environment that allows me to fill my day with joyful animal time!

Karla was fantastic! She was always super quick to respond and flexible with my schedule. She took great care of my cat Carl and ensured he always had food and gave him play time. She also was nice enough to help bring in my mail and packages over the holiday season. Bonus she took the cutest pictures of my cat! Will definitely be booking again! Thanks again!
We’ve used many sitters on Rover and Karla is by far the best. She’s gone out of her way to make sure our dog is comfortable and make our travels stress-free! Recommend without any hesitation!
Karla was excellent! It’s hard finding a sitter you think will enjoy your cat because all websites are geared toward dogs. She seemingly is an animal lover of all types and my cat Rex appeared to love her to death! I had several adorable pictures of Rex and detailed updates on how he was doing. I will definitely be contacting Karla next time I go out of town. 10/10 experience from me!

How often this dog tends to need to be let to to go to the bathroom, whether they can be around kids or be pet by strangers. If they have any fears towards things outdoors that I should avoid. And any other characteristics that may need caution towards.
A typical day
I love park trails and lake areas, so if I can find one nearby I will definitely check it out and see if it's a new favorite or not. My dog LOVES when I throw sticks, that way she's able to chew on them when she gets tired from chasing them and no damage is done. I'd really like to try this with other dogs as well and learn what their favorite activities are.
