Having worked at the Humane Society dealing with rescued animals, I understand how to welcome a pet into our home. My name is Karissa and your pet will love coming over! Experience with multiple foster animals, rehab and more. Even exotic pets like domestic skunks/raccoons, reptiles and amphibians are welcome. If all your pet needs is a drop-in, I’m happy to oblige as well. In the past we’ve welcomed sick and injured animals requiring dressing changes to wounds and hourly feedings into our home. Our dog loves to socialize but if your pet isn’t feeling social, that’s ok too. Our cats are used to animals coming and going, and they have their own space so your pet won’t feel overwhelmed. We understand going away can be stressful for you and your pet, but in our house a pet can feel right at home so you don’t have to worry about a thing!
