Pet care experience
I have decided to become a dog sitter so I can assist individuals who want to give their pets a little extra attention. I myself have four Dachshunds and have several years of experience in caring for fur kids. I briefly worked at a vet clinic and am confident that I can address any basic concerns that may arise while your pet is in my care. I have animals with special needs and am not afraid to take on this responsibility with others. I have also taken dog and cat first aid class by the American Red Cross.

I have a fenced-in backyard where pups can play. They are never left unattended while outside. My husband and I will normally not expect to crate your dog but may ask to do so if both of us have to step out for a little while.

No breed preferences. Does your dog get along with other dogs, specifically small dogs? Do they have any dietary restrictions or medical concerns? Does your pup have any treat or food aggression? Are they currently taking medications? Are they up to date on flea and heartworm prevention? Does your fur kid have any previous injuries or constant nagging issues that I should know about? Is your pup crate trained?
A typical day
If the fur parent would like, I can take their kids on walks. I have a fenced in backyard, so we will be playing and taking lots of potty breaks in the yard. We also have a lot of toys to play with.

Availability
I currently do not have a job so I am open to caring for your pets throughout the day, Monday through Sunday, assuming it is at a reasonable time of day. Normal accepted drop off and pick up times are between 8 am and 8 pm for daycare and boarding. I may make an exception for drop in times if made in advance. Available to take on extended stays. We do require a meet and greet before agreeing to watch your dogs. Each borading is based on a 24 hr period. Daycare prices are for up to 9 hrs. Additional charges will apply for additional hrs. I have a cancelation policy, so please familiarize yourself with this before booking.
