Ever since I rescued my dog, Karissa has been so sweet and supportive of him. She has over a decade of pet experience herself, and she shows my dog so much affection (she's "Aunt Karissa" now!). She's also great with cats - my sister has a rambunctious kitten and Karissa is great at socializing her and giving her all the attention she needs. The kitty - Ruth - is very demanding but Karissa is patient, loving and gentle with her - that's the perfect mix of traits for a pet sitter.

Karissa has looked after my two fur babies when she has come to stay with me, and they absolutely love her. One of the things that makes me and Karissa such great friends is our love for animals - it's something that's absolutely clear even when she's just talking about critters. My dogs are my precious little babies, they are like my children, and I trust her with them completely! She handles their bratty moments like a pro (they are undeniably a little spoiled) and they even like to sneak out of bed with me and go snuggle with her instead when she comes to visit me. She is fantastic with all sorts of animals, and you couldn't ask for a better buddy and caretaker for yours!
