Pet care experience
I am a new mom to an almost 4 month old baby girl who currently works part time during the week only. I’ve had dogs all my life but currently have two of my own rescue pups who keep us busy - Fred (3.5) and Pippa (2). Both are mixed breed dogs from Texas and Kentucky - very active. I get along with all dogs big and small! Looking for something more to keep myself busy. I would love to go for walks and check in with your fur babies! I would provide the same type of care I do for my own - which is only the best! My schedule is pretty flexible so I’m sure we could work something out! So let’s chat!

Karissa and her family welcomed my dog into her home with open arms! She treated my dog like family, sent me pictures, and updates. My dog takes medicine daily and has special dietary needs. Karissa and her family helped keep my pup on her normal routine! They also have a huge fenced in backyard for plenty of play time! Would 100% recommend!
Karissa has a love for animals, along with a professional approach to caring for them. It is great to know someone so professional is going to be caring for my dog. It is easy to schedule walks, or visits when I have to leave town or am working. I feel less guilty for leaving my animals knowing that Karissa will be watching them. They get so much more love and attention than they would at a boarding center.

I am comfortable with all types of dogs. I would like to know what your dog knows as far as commands beforehand as well as tendencies they may have. Such as how do they do on walks (my pups pull a lot so we use harnesses) or how they are with people (I have active jumpers that we are trying to train).
A typical day
Will go on walks around your neighborhood. If close can walk your pup to my fenced in yard for some fetch! I’m pretty good at tug of war but I’m always down for some good belly rubs too!
