Pet care experience
I used to own dogs since a younger age and always wanted to share with my two boys the privilege of owning a dog (20 and 16). They now each want "a zoo" :-P I enforce/reinforce commands with a LOADS of positive words & treats to any dogs. I am physically active dog owner and take at least 1 walk per day. My house has a large non-fenced private yard and is located on a very private cul de sac close Pine Ridge, Yost parks - walking distance. We have a tribe of pre-teens and teens every week during week-ends.

I provide long walks - at least 45 min and shorter walks 25/30 minute and depending on the need or limitations or your dog. If he/she is a toy fanatic I will always ensure he/she will get her playtime outlets met :-P

My own dog is a herding breed (mix border collie/lab) and can sometimes act a bit rambunctious towards other dogs. She is not particularly good with puppies under 1 yr old.
A typical day
I am an outdoorsy and physically active person whom love to go out for walks on trails, or hikes. I also enjoy explore new off-leash parks. Both my children and my dog playing: tug of war, catching bubbles, balls or engage in hide and seek games.
