Hello there ! I am Karina, a Bk native. I grew up in Brighton Beach, now live in Sunset Park. I graduated a performing arts highschool, in Vocal Studies, and aspire to write music professionally, as well as grow my knowledge in sustainable business building. I, also, hold a degree in advertising and marketing, which I haven’t dipped my toe in deeply enough to know if i’d like it or not, but am still a bit skeptical and unsure which is why i’m here. Prior to registering on Rover, I lived with and helped take care of a dog and a cat at my mothers house, for 15 years. Over a year ago, I’ve been a Trusted HouseSitters member where I developed a better understanding of how to take care of a pet or two ( or 5, at once), as well as how to better bond with them, in exchange for a free place to stay while traveling. It was a fortunate experience. I will be home 24/7, and when I’m not, my partner Kel will happily help out. I make sure to prioritize your pets attention especially if they’re a senior or medicated dog I live in a smoke-free home, where I have lots of natural light and birds hanging outside my windows. The dogs especially love that. I keep a safe gate between my living and bedroom. Your dog will stay and hang freely around the living room, hallway & kitchen. My couch is open to your dog for comfort. I provide a clean and comfortable pet blanket which I wash after every dog I host. I also offer special treats, few toys, extra poop bags, and an extra food/water bowl in case you forget to bring all of your dogs supplies. :) If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask !
