Pet care experience
I have 9 years of experience caring for dogs. Have transitioned to only do house sitting as it helps your pet feel comfortable and at ease while you are away. I am pet cpr certified, have hands on training for insulin injections and have experience getting pets to drink their meds . I do ask all pet owners to be aware that i do require a meet and greet before the date of the booking. Unfortunately i will only be taking last minute bookings for pets i have previously looked after or met before hand.

Karilou is without a doubt an incredible dog sitter and she handled an incident where our dog had a sudden bout of fence aggression FLAWLESSLY! She was extremely caring for our boy and had stellar communication. As I'm leaving this review I'm already trying to have her back for another day!
As anyone who travel outside the country, the first hurdle we face is how to ensure our fur friends continue to be spoiled in the way they are used to. In our case we wanted someone to care for the pups and our house. I am here to report that Kailou did an excellent job on both counts. The frequency of her videos quickly reduced any appreciation we had about leaving. Well done Kailou and 😊.
I can’t say enough good things about Karilou. She allows us to have worry-free vacations knowing our boys are in the best hands. She also provides great updates and photos that we just adore!
Karilou is the best! She let me know everything that was going on when my little guy wasn’t acting quite right and offered helpful solutions. She truly cares for the dogs she cares for and is so trustworthy.

I send lots of pictures while your pet is in my care i do ask that an emergency number be left. I try to respond as quickly as possible and keep you updated with anything and everything your pet is doing.

Does your dog have allergies, needs medication and or any behavioral issues i should be aware of. Is there anything i should keep an eye on and or help to prevent further behavioral problems If your dog is friendly with other dogs, reactive dogs are welcomed but will take longer to meet my dogs.
A typical day
House sitting * My usual house sitting would be Three walks am, mid day, pm The usual potty brake here and there Losts of play time and pets Dog walks* 30 minutes with pictures and a detailed update after the fact. (Currently unavailable to new clients) Visits * 30 minutes Open to new and past clients DOES NOT INCLUDE WALK. During this time i would clean litter boxes, feeding, let the dog out, pick up poo, give medication.

Availability
I pet sit full time. My day is normally filled with your pets schedule and normal routine. I dont usually go out of your home unless i absolutely need to. But even then i do try to keep it under 4-5hrs.
