Fur Babies Get "Princess" Pet Care

NOTE: Due to family issues and an elderly bunny, I'm putting all my Rover activities on hold for now. I will be back because I love doing this, but it will be here when I'm able. Personally and professionally, I've taken care of dogs and cats. I've been a volunteer dog walker and washer. I'm a former kitty foster mom, often running what I like to call the Home for Unwed Feline Mothers and Their Children. I'm a picker up of dog poo. I'm a remote volunteer with Atlanta's Canine CellMates program, helping to share about adoptable dogs. I relate to your dog(s) and cat(s) as they like best. I consistently provide photos, videos, and stories so you can stay in touch with your pet(s) while you're away. I would love to spend quality time with your fur baby(ies). I can come visit your pet and am glad to take your dog(s) on walks, to dog parks, hang out inside in their favorite spots, toss toys, play chase, play fetch, scratch bellies, chins, or favorite spots. I take my cues from the furry friends I serve. If you have other pet types (kitties, bunnies, bird, guinea pigs), I'm glad to take care of them as well. I'm only the Lady-in Waiting, right?! Having Kari stay with our cat, Clancy, for 8 days while we were away was fantastic — and such a relief. Kari sent us daily pictures and videos of Clancy so we had a good sense of his contentment and well-being. Kari is so caring about animals and takes her responsibilities to them very seriously. She followed our specific instructions perfectly and we arrived home to a healthy, happy cat! I highly recommend Kari for any pet-sitting need you may have!
Our pups LOVE Kari. What more can we say! She is organized, loving, dependable and we rest assured that our pets are in safe hands. WONDERFUL!

What's his/her schedule? Things to know about eating habits/preferences. Does your pup have winter wear for me to put on (coats, booties)? If so, are there any tricks of your trade? What should I look for in bathroom habits? How do they react to other dogs (or cats? or people?) when being walked? Do we need to watch out for them trying to eat "delicious found tidbits"? Do they have finicky eating habits? If so, how can I accommodate those? Do they have allergies? What do I need to watch out for when we go out for a walk? Who is your vet? What (if any) emergency instructions do you have? Favorite toys? For cats & other pets: same info needed about vets, allergies, food, toys and all the things.
A typical day
Walks? As short or as long as your dog(s) prefer. We can go to their favorite places if you tell me where those are. Jogging? Sure. Games? Fetch, chase, you bet. Belly rubs, snuggles? Absolutely. What does your pet(s) like best? For cats: Do they like to play with a laser pointer (well, chasing a laser pointer) or other toys? Where do they like their scratches? On their head? Under their chin? Do they like to be picked up or loathe it? They get to decide! Other pet types: You tell me what they need & like and I'm on it. :)

I work have a full-time remote jobs, so I have flexibility about where I work. I will put your pets' needs first and am willing to visit once, for a short-term schedule, or for longer-term arrangements.
