Kari was responsive to communications and also sent pictures of our dogs stay. Forrest came back happy and healthy, a bit tired after all the fun he had. thanks Kari

Beware of your dogs safety & worry he might not come home alive. Our poodle stayed at her home last few days & came home throwing up blood for 10 hours & an ER Vet visit. Kari response was he got into some things & was very defensive .... not once did she show concern or even ask how he was. We only reached out to her to try to find out what he may have gotten into to help Vet. I understand dogs can get into things pretty fast & probably would have used her again...... but her response was unhelpful to us as we were sick with worry. It was clear either she cared little for our dog after she was paid OR was defensively covering her tracks. Don’t use this person.Kari should have been honest when we picked him up & told us he was “counter surfing” and may have gotten into something. Instead she said he was great & kept mum until we reached out to her that he was so ill. Also be prepared to trek through 3 feet of snow when weather hits our town. Time before when we used her my daughter had to walk through deep snow. I understand it stinks to shovel ..... but we were a scheduled repeat client & she just stood inside her door. We had a flight to catch & my daughter was soaked & frozen by the time we got to airport. Her lack of concern for her clients however didn’t prepare us for yesterday Kari cares little for her repeat clients ..... thankfully after 14 hours of throwing up blood ... our dog is back home and Vet thinks he will be ok.... but he did eat something toxic to dogs at her home If she had shown the slightest concern for our dog? I wouldn’t be writing this review
