Pet care experience
I have always wanted a dog since I was a child but my parents wouldn't let me have one for fear that they would be the ones to take care of the dog ultimately. When I went to university, I brought home a puppy. When I returned to my home country, I brought my puppy home with me. When I decided to return to BC, I again brought my puppy back to BC with me. This time, with another dog I adopted in Singapore. I lost my first puppy when she was almost 15. Broke my heart but I had to pick myself up fast as I had another who needed my care. She's now 18 and still going on strong. She's my life now.

Karena is magic! Evie was anxious to leave us today but Karena calmed her right down, took her walking, and gave her lots of love. Feel so comfortable leaving Evie with Karena.

I left Cocoa with Karena for fourth time. Cocoa was very happy to see Karena and even did not turn back to say goodbye to me. That means a lot. She took good care of Cocoa sending us cute pics of Cocoa. I highly recommend Karena.

I live in an apartment so there is no fenced yard. I will take your furbabies out for walks during my breaks. They'll get lots of rest, walks and treats. After work, I usual take walks at the beach so they'll definitely come with me to have some beach time!

A typical day
My guests may go on walks by the lake or beach and swim (if the water and weather is not cold). Depending on the duration of their stay, they may even go kayaking with me!
