Pet care experience
Hey all! We are animal lovers with years of experience caring for dogs and cats. We have taken care of friends and family's dogs multiple times as well as having our own dogs throughout our lives. We have experience with all types of dogs from small to large, age ranging from puppies to seniors and are completely comfortable with any breed. We have extensive experience with senior pets and know how to administer oral medication and injectable medications such as insulin. We would both love to care for your best friend just as if they were our own and give them the best care possible.

I couldn’t have asked for a better couple to leave my dog with while I was away! From the meet and greet, the regular, daily communication on how things were going, and the best part…all the pictures…I never felt more at ease knowing my dog was in such good, loving hands! This was my first time using Rover and feel so fortunate to have found Karena and Elvin.

Karena and Elvin are always the best! They take great care of my dog, send tons of pictures, and are very communicative and flexible. I’ve used them several times and will continue to trust them!! I recently moved further away so they aren’t nearby sitters anymore but knowing my dog is in good care is worth the 40 minute drive!
Karena and Elvin are amazing with my cat every time I have asked them to look after him. They are outstanding communicators and I always have piece of mind when I am away, that they are looking out for him. They have my highest regard and recommendation.

We will always ensure that your pets are safe and secure in our home and yours. We will always follow any security instructions you have for your home. In our home, we always make sure leashes and harnesses are put on and secured prior to opening the door and will never give any food (human or otherwise) to your dog that is not provided by you.

We would like to know if your dog is up to date on vaccinations, is taking any medications or has any chronic issues (joint pain, allergies, stomach sensitivities, etc) we should be aware of during the stay. How do your dogs walk on their leash, are they potty shy or have separation anxiety? Are they food or toy motivated? What is their energy levels and how do they interact with other dogs? We can accommodate for all breeds and sizes
A typical day
If your dog loves to run with you we would love to run with them. We have a small dog park on our property that we can go and play at. We will always adjust to your pets needs and can provide long or shorter walks as needed. We love playing fetch or tug with your pets and if they prefer rubs and cuddles we can do that as well!

Availability
We will always match your pet's care schedule when they are staying with us. During the week we both work but have some flexibility with when we go in and come home. We are home full time during most weekends and holidays.
