Karen is awesome! When we got our first puppy two years ago, we needed someone to let Ratchet out and play with him around lunchtime. Karen scheduled a meeting prior to her first day to make sure she met Ratchet and could go over all of the details with us. She goes above and beyond to make sure that she is on the same page as us when it comes to command words and procedures. Karen took him on a walk, reinforced any commands we were working on, and played with him the rest of the time. She is playful with him, but also stern and was a huge help in his initial training. Recently, we had to be out of town and couldn't take the pup with us. Karen was delighted to visit several times over the weekend to let Ratchet out and keep him company for a while, which worked out fantastically! She is always our first call if we need someone to stop by to visit Ratchet. Without any hesitation, we highly recommend Karen and her services!
