I have fostered a dog 1 year and 3 months, she was a senior and also had extreme separation anxiety. She was very good and behaved when you were by her side but her biggest fear was being alone and abandoned because that’s what happened to her before I fostered her. Those dogs need extra care and attention and a lot of love so they feel safe and not hurt themselves or others. I live in a a village so there’s lots of free grass to walk and play at, the river is also walking distance and there is also a sidewalk to walk all around to the other side of the neighborhood. A very special place is the hocking hills if I had your dog for a very long day or week I would definitely make a day for a beautiful hike.
