Pet care experience
After years of caring for kids and animals, I'm used to just about all types and personalities. The shy and the rowdy need love and walks. Experience with most all types of pets. Have cared for large groups of pets. I am the regular sitter for a group of four large dogs and a pig. Can provide references that have used my services for over 10 years locally. Lakeview and Old Metairie. Dog walking. $20 for 20 minute visit. $30 for 30 minutes 3 days a week $55/$85 Overnights in my house can run $40 and up depending on the number and size of pets. Housesitting with pets can run $50 and up depending on pets, length of time and care needed. I do need to meet pets before caring for them.

Karen was amazing with dealing with our new puppy. She immediately made us feel comfortable by wanting to meet him before we just dropped him off for a longer period of time. She was very accommodating when we told her some restrictions with him like keeping him in his crate and that he couldn’t have any soft toys to chew up. She kept us in the loop with daily updates/ photos/ videos and made us feel very comfortable through our vacation. Thank you again!

Words can not express how thankful I was to have Karen taking care of my two kids! She was very patient with my two dogs, especially my dog Bubba. He is a nervous dog and very unsure of himself in a new place, Karen took all his cues very well and really understood that he just needed his space until he got comfortable. My lab just adores meeting new people and fell in love with Karen and her mom. Karen would always respond to my texts within seconds and send me great pictures of my two kids enjoying themselves. I greatly recommend Karen!!! She is amazing and Bessie obviously loved her! I was so nervous leaving my newly rescued pet with a new person, but Karen made both of us so comfortable. When I came to pick Bessie up after her sleepover, she was following Karen around - they became best friends.
