Pet care experience
I'm looking for a small handful of pet owners who are looking build a relationship with a neighbor to give your pet a little extra TLC when you aren't able. I'm happy to lend an extra hand on a schedule that suites your needs. I work remotely from my home, so my hours are very flexible. I absolutely LOVE dogs and grew up with them my whole life, usually two at one time. In my adult life, I've lived with many pets and felt like an adoptive parent. Someday soon I will have my own. I'm able-bodied and athletic, so I feel comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I'd also love to see if I've still got it from my old collegiate softball days by running some laps or playing fetch with your pup ;) P.S. I'm an amateur photographer and dogs are my favorite subjects. I know all the dogs in the photos personally.

I get nervous when it comes to my fur baby being taken care of by a stranger, but Karen absolutely amazed me. Karen invited me in, made me feel at home, and just chatted with me like an old friend. She made me feel very at ease, and was VERY attentive when it came to learning about my dog. I got updates, pictures, and felt like I could reach out to her at any time. Karen was also awesome with the schedule, and was basically with my dog the entire time. My dog looked like she was having a BLAST. Karen was so attentive, caring, and exceeded my expectations. I have yet to have a poor Rover experience, but I think Karen's was the best out of the all the stays I've had so far. I will certainly re-book a stay Karen if I get the chance to! Karen was awesome! My pup is timid and a bit mistrusting at first but Karen was patient with her and took the time to bond with her. It put my mind at ease to know she was with such a kind and attentive sitter. She kept me updated with photos and was very easy to communicate with.
Karen was great! She sent lots of pics and updates while we were away, and we can tell our pup enjoyed staying with her.
Karen was great with walking my large breed dog, Olive! Would love for her to walk Olive again.
