Karen is the best!! Could not be happier, my dog, Kaiba, is new to my house (about 4 weeks) and I had to go on military duty with short notice for 2 weeks. Karen was helpful, supportive, and communicated frequenlty about how Kaiba was doing. My poor dog was even sick for a couple of days while there (nerves? random sickness?), but Karen was very compassionate and took excellent care of her. She would not even let me pay her a little extra for the trouble. I will definitely use her again and strongly recommend her to everyone needing pet services!

I left my fur baby, Coco, with Karen for overnight boarding for a few days. We met her prior to his stay and my dog was super happy with her little dog Sugar. I had an issue with getting off of work on time prior to my travel departure and Karen went to pick up Coco at my home. While I was away, Karen sent me multiple photos of my dog and he seemed super happy. When my dog was picked up he seemed happy as well, I am certain he had a splendid time. We will definitely contact her if her services are needed again. :)
