Pet care experience
My 15 year old yorkiepoo passed away 6 months ago. I'm not ready for another dog of my own yet, but I'm ready to care for your dog.

Our dog was well taken care of while on vacation.
Karen provided excellent care for Thor. Her home offers a secure environment, and we had peace of mind knowing he was content and safe. Trust is paramount for us, and Karen has certainly earned ours.
Has a genuine love of pets. Comfortable leaving my shorkie with her. He came home happy. Takes one dog at a time and he had run of the house. Nice to be a welcomed addition to a home.

I do not currently have a dog of my own or children in the house so your dog will be in a safe environment and get all the attention. I live in a ground level condo. There was no option for condo on the profile so I chose house.

Please let me know if your dog can greet other dogs when we are on a walk. My dog was very gentle, but not all dogs are friendly and social.
A typical day
There are many dogs in the neighborhood. I love to go on walks and say hi to all the doggie parents and dogs. Jiggs Landing is 1 mile away - it's a nice walk for me and the dogs.

Your dog will be walked morning, afternoon and evening. It's important that dogs have a schedule and routine. Lots of play and cuddle time or alone time, whatever is needed.
