Pet care experience
I am very experienced with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, and I have the maturity and professionalism to make sure you feel comfortable leaving your furry family member with a stranger. I've been a dog lover my whole life and owner for most of my life. I have decades of experience caring for other people's pets - huge dogs (over 100 lbs), small dogs (under 5 lbs), cats, reptiles, even fish! I will take care of your dog as if s/he were my own with love and proper care. I will send you updates and photos of your furbaby each day you're away from each other because that's what I wanted when I'm away from my own dog. Your pet will be as loved and well cared for as if you were home with her or him.

He's a needy boy who requires special care so we needed her to house sit with him, she took wonderful care of him and updated me on his status and made me feel at ease that he was being taken care of ? Karen has helped us out with Mango (our puppy Mini GoldenDoodle) for quite a while... doing drop in visits to break up his day while we were at work. She is caring and patient and loving. Mango warmed up to her quickly. Karen is always on time, and super responsive and accommodating. She also came over for an orientation / meet and greet visit without charge and spent time going over mango’s commands and behaviors so she could stay consistent with our training. So glad we found her! We haven’t needed a pet sitter yet but she is the first one we will call when we do!

I live on the first floor and have a 25 foot lead outside for several potty breaks, but my dog and I go to the park every day for at least an hour, and often two hours. Your pet is welcome to sleep in my bed, in my room on her/his bed, in a crate. Whatever works best for them and for you.

A typical day
We go to the park around 4:30-5 (sometimes a bit later if it's too hot), and come home by 7. Then it's dinner time, snuggle on the couch or playtime, then bedtime.
