Pet care experience
Fostering, working with rescues and owning multiple dogs myself, I understand the stress pet owners go through when they end up working late or have to travel and they struggle to find a reliable person to care for that special member of the family. It's one of the main reasons, I wanted to join Rover to help ease that stress and ensure pet owners that their family member will be in the best of hands.

I was searching for an overnight stay person; I have never had any of my pets in a boarding facility, I thought about asking on fb but honestly you never know who you can trust. I found Rover.com and saw Karen who had really great reviews. I scheduled with her to do a meet and greet which went really well. Now I have someone I can trust and that my dogs love to stay here with them when we are gone. I got pics of my babies while I was gone as well. I won't be using anyone else!
Karen did an exceptional job caring for our 3 fur babies. Communicated very well with us during our trip and sent updated pictures of our dogs. Definitely recommend, even for last minute trips, she’s reliable.
Karen did a wonderful job watching my cat while I was out of town. Thank you!

If the dog is food aggressive or food motivated and if there is anything I need to pay particular attention to (i.e. has a tendency of darting out of the door, is dog aggressive, etc.)
A typical day
Dog parks if they are nearby (less than 5 miles) on the weekdays, can drive farther on weekends. A good game of fetch and long walks and/or hikes if allowed.
