Pet care experience
I have been a dog owner for over 15 years, specializing in small breeds and terriers. I am living in McKinney, TX and love spending time outside with my dog. Travel with ease knowing that your pets in loving, responsible hands while you are away! My experience administering medication I am comfortable with eye drops, nose drugs and ear drops. I am also willing to give your pup his regular heart guard and flee protection if it falls while you are away! I understand the importance of their health! I am not comfortable giving shots or administering any medication after a major surgery or life altering health concern. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Karen did a fantastic job and I highly recommend her for your next petsitting needs. She took great care of our Blue Heeler Tassie and our home. In fact, she left our home cleaner than when she arrived. I would not hesitate to use Karen in the future.
Cleo had another great experience with Karen and Willy. Again, Karen was very accommodating with my schedule. Cleo became a little sick, and Karen was so great in taking care of her. I felt very good leaving Cleo in her hands.
I needed someone to babysit Cleo last minute for the day, and Karen was super accommodating. She worked with my schedule to drop of Cleo early in the morning and pick her up late a night. She and Willy got along really well also!
Karen Ladany sets a great standard for care with dogs: she is stern and direct yet loving and motherly towards those in her care. Her experience growing up with animals widely ranged from her own 2 scotties, to a few cats, and even animal rescues in her backyard of rabbits, mice, and a stray cat! Her heart for animals is quite evident when you see her with them, and our dogs are no different! My dog, Willy, has all the love and care he can possibly get from her as we raise him together. He is stubborn and energetic, but is very much controlled and calm when Karen takes over. She would be no different with any other dog in her care. Therefore, she should be the ideal candidate for any dog-sitting situation!
