Kyle and Karen are amazing with our dog Astrid. During one of our early walking sessions, they  showed us how to correctly position and adjust Astrid's collar to be most effective for maintaining control and safety. In another walking session, Karen and Kyle demonstrated how to train Astrid so she understood the "easy" command (where the dog knows not to pull on the leash and maintain some slack). Astrid loves Karen and Kyle and is always excited to see them! We have also had Astrid walk with Karen and Kyle's dogs, Kona and Kadie. Having Kona and Kadie model good behaviors and commands have proven most effective in getting Astrid to model the same behaviors and important commands, like "come" when off leash or on a long leash. Another benefit of walking with Kona and Kadie is knowing  Astrid is socializing with friendly, well behaved and well trained dogs. It has also build up Astrid's confidence walking with Kyle and Karen and their dogs. We know that Astrid is safe and happy when she is walking with Kyle and Karen.

The BEST!! Kyle came through when I was in a pinch! I am traveling out of town and brought my rescue dog...my dog gets slight separation anxiety when we are out of town and I wanted to go grab dinner with one of my coworkers. So i was able to book for a visit with Kyle and even though I made last minute plans, he responded quickly and was very accommodating! He showed up a few min early to get to meet Bigsby before I took off. He stayed with him and kept me updated by uploading pics on rover while I was out. This was a great experience. Anybody in the Elk Grove area I highly recommend Karen and Kyle. Very professional and very obvious they are awesome dog parents and dog lovers. Thank you so much!!
