A passionate animal advocate, I have been pet sitting for more than 20 years simply because I love being around animals — especially dogs. I was born and raised in Australia, and have lived around the world with my husband and two children (now teenagers) volunteering for animal charities, including fostering dogs and cats, assisting in spay/neuter clinics, and donating funds to these charities through my pet sitting business. I'm happy to pet sit in your home, and if your pet is cat-friendly, they might be able to join me in my home for part of the day—we have a large fenced-in backyard. I’m a freelance writer and editor, so I will be right beside your pet, working on my laptop and taking regular breaks to play with them and take them for walks. To make sure I'm a good fit for your fur baby, I organize free meet-n-greets for every pet. Discounts are available for extended stays. I donate 1% of my sales to animal rescue organizations.
