Hello, I currently work in at a vet office, tending to the needs of pets and their families. I am capable, responsible, and no stranger to the hard work and rewarding love that your pet needs. I promise to take care of your critter like my own, giving them the love and attention they crave while your away. They miss you, I’m sure, but the least I can do is make them comfortable in your absence. I have never met an animal I didn’t come to adore. I have a few critters of my own and I feel honored to be in their lives each and everyday. I will run with your dog, cuddle with your cat, feed your fish, or play with your chinchilla. I have also given oral medication to animals as small as guinea pigs and as big as horses, so if that is your need, no problem.

Book her! If you don’t, you’re making a huge mistake! Karen is the best dog sitter I’ve ever had. During our honeymoon, Karen simultaneously took care of our adult husky, our husky puppy and even took care of our house for us as an exceptional house sitter. She spoiled our dogs with hikes, rides and playtimes. She kept us updated with pictures, calls and texts while we travelled internationally and she handled an emergency for us when our boiler flooded our utility room and we were still away for several days. Out of many dog sitters we’ve had, whether family, friends, paid, unpaid, Rover, etc., Karen easily tops them all. Seriously, BOOK HER!!
I can not say enough positive things about this sitter. I do not know Karen. I only know her through Rover and if this is the quality of there sitters they are doing a great job. Karen not only did what you would expect but she went above and beyond what we would expect. She sent pictures of Mika every day. While we were away, Mika got sick and she took him to the Vet and stayed with him most of a day, never expecting anything more from us in return. She not only cares for your animal but pays attention to their wellbeing as well. I was convinced when she sent me a video of her playing tic tac toe with Mika. I would never of thought that possible.
I strongly recommend Karen to you as a reliable and loving dog caregiver. She has taken care of our fur, scale, and feather babies for almost 10 years. Beyond being a responsible pet sitter, Karen's experience caring for animals has prepared her to handle unexpected and difficult situations. It is easy to care for an animal that is healthy, on schedule and acting normally. However, it takes a skilled caregiver to recognize that all is not well and to follow-through in the best interest of her charge. Rest assured, Karen will do her best to not only take care of your dog, but will give him/her the kind of devoted attention that will make them feel safe while you are away.
We have three dogs, two boisterous young corgis, and one elder dog who is gentle and shy. We have entrusted Karen with all our dogs both on a short term, and long term basis while we were traveling out of town. She is reliable, patient and has a nice way with all of them - without being a pushover! Given special instructions on care, feeding and walking schedule, she will handle all the details and stick to the plan. We comfortably entrust her with administering basic medications as well. We happily recommend her to you!

I love to keep each pet mind engaged with fun tasks. Depends on fur baby to fur baby. But for the ones with lots of energy we can go for long walks or hikes. And for ones that are not as hyper, more mentally stimulating tasks.

I work full time, but I can stay with your animal during the other parts of the day and night. We can go on long walks, play, or just enjoy some belly rubs!
