Karen and her family were wonderful with Freddy. It was great getting updates and photos of him while we were gone. When I came to pick him up we chatted for a bit and I could tell how much Freddy liked Karen because of how he would keep going back and forth between us for attention.

We couldn’t have had a better experience with Karen and her wonderful family. We were very anxious to leave our dog Tallinn for our two week honeymoon - we’d never left him anywhere more than a few days at a time. We met Karen and her family for a meet and greet and immediately knew we were in great hands. The family is warm, loving, and really takes your dog in as one of their own. We received daily text updates with photos and could see how happy and cared for Tallinn was. Karen and Mark, and their two sweet girls Abby and Aimee all shared in the responsibility- it’s a whole family effort which was great for keeping our high energy pup active. Their house and yard are a great space, with a nice neighborhood and park right across the street as well. Karen was so well prepared with a print out list of items she needed from us & their own information. Lastly I want to mention that Tallinn was having some stomach upset during his stay and Karen really went above and beyond in caring for him, cooking chicken and rice with pumpkin, making a vet appointment (thankfully the issue passed and he didn’t end up having to go!), and keeping me updated to make sure I was comfortable with everything happening. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience to be able to enjoy our trip worry free knowing Tallinn was in such great hands. We are excited to have established this relationship and will use their family again and again for future travel knowing our pup will be so excited to return!
