Pet care experience
My entire life I have had a dog or a cat, or both. Right now I have an adopted, mix breed, small dog who is sweet and friendly, and two very active indoor cats. In the past I have fostered (to socialize) a stray older kitten, and I fell in love and adopted him. Unfortunately, he has passed on. I am available to schedule visits with your dog(s) or cat(s) Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am to 4pm. I am also willing to provide walks on the same schedule. And on an infrequent and mutually agreed upon as basis I may be available to provide overnight care for your pets at your home. Please note my rates for Nov m. and Dec. house/animal sitting start at $100. per night.

Karen is fantastic! She is dependable, honest, and loves dogs. My dog Zahi is very happy to go on walks with her. I can see it in the pictures that Karen takes of her. One day I came home to get something I needed. Karen arrived and Zahi didnt hesitate, didn't even look back and was off to join Karen on her walk!
Karen is awesome! This was our dog's first time being walked by someone else, and she was reluctant to leave home. Karen was very patient with our dog and managed to coax her out for a walk. She was very easy to communicate with and is extremely friendly and trustworthy! We will definitely book her again in the future.
Karen D is wonderful with animals. I had the good fortune of going on numerous walks with her and Ferrari. Karen is attentive and loving with her dog as well as others. She is great at understanding the patterns and various barks and what animals want and need. She will make an amazing dog walker and she is a wonderful person as well.
I have known Karen for over 35 years. During this time she has cared for my pets and is very reliable and a wonderful pet friend. She even cared for one of my pets in their last week of life. She is extremely trustworthy and reliable. She is a loving and caring person who I trust with my life, my children, my home and my pets!

Your pets' safety and wellbeing is my #1 priority at all times. And as many times I will be going into your home to be with your pet, your homes' safety is also of upmost concern to me as far as ensuring that it is properly locked after I leave your home.

I would need to know if you dog has any behavioral issues, ie. doesn't like other dogs, kids, is toy or food aggressive, or likes to dig in the ground. Also, I would like to know about your dog's vaccination status and health status and the vet's contact information that handles your take dog's healthcare. I would want to have your dog's preferred food and treats provided (as it is difficult on a dog's system to change food abruptly).
A typical day
If your dog prefers that company of humans over other dogs we would walk in your neighborhood. Should you advise me that your dog enjoys playing with other dogs it is possible that we would visit the local dog park.

I am available Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm to do a drop in visit to provide company, food and water for your pet(s) and/or take them out for a walk or to play.
