I’ve loved animals before I could even say the word! I specialize in terriers, as well as other small to medium dogs, and very much enjoy keeping up with their busy lifestyle. I am passionate and knowledgable about canine behavioral and emotional rehabilitation, and am not afraid to be nipped by a dog with high needs. I have raised puppies, worked with aggressive dogs, and have completed multiple canine obedience courses, including on and off leash training as well as behavior modification. As a seasoned science teacher I know that accountability, consistency, and compassion are key to having a healthy and happy critter, human or other animal. I will give your pet love and space to be themselves, or bounce their favorite toy down the hall as much as they’d like during our time together. I am reliable, punctual, and very much looking forward to meeting your fur babies! Though dogs are my #1 passion, I have a very green thumb, as well as experience owning/caring for birds, cats, fish, amphibians, rodents, and reptiles.
