Karen gave us daily updates and photos of Roux. She made drop off and pickup very convenient. It was great to have Roux excited to see Ms Karen again, since she had stayed with her two other times while we were on vacation . It’s such a good feeling to know she’s in good hands.

Ms. Karen is a super sitter, my dog is special because I think she has social issues. I know she gave Ms. Karen a difficult time, but Ms. Karen was patient and caring . She stuck with Lola and carried the mission through. She's a real trooper. I really appreciate her kindness and patience. I would recommend her , Ms. Karen to everyone. She is the best!
