Karann was great with our dog! She was friendly accommodating and we knew Dayah was in good hands over the Fourth of July weekend.

I can't choose a star on this one, but was forced too choose atleast 1 Hired Karaan L to care for my dog in my home 3 x's a day 30mn each visit as I was preparing for surgery which would have me in assisted living during revocery out of state. My dog 11 yrs old having hip issues and being a house dog, didn't want to put through anxiety of being in a kennel. Retrospectively, the kennel would have been best, as who could have predicted what would unfold over the first few days in the sitters care. Thankfully, I'v a video monitoring system which our dog sitter was aware of and I could see a plethora of shocking and disturbing acts of disregard, neglect and disrespect for the welfare, saftey and security of our beloved family member our dog and our home, which some instances were observed by neighbors. I do not see my sitter as a reflection of Rover ,who took swift action following through with reimbursement following report and clips of video evidence in support of claim. Although, Karaan claims death in family, to excuse visit frequency and neglect while physically available, Rover provides support to assist in emergency situations to aford "all" caregiver and patron peace of mind. I didn't recieve peace of mind and from an assisted living facility 1700 miles, in no position to handel this unnecessary stress could only lay back and watch the hours tick away, while my dog laid at the front door, my monitor recording every day, as she rambled through my belongings, every minute the longest wait 18 hrs to be cared for!! The neighbor who took over caring for my dog said, Karaan told him, "my dog could go 24 hrs and be fine!!" This is not the attitude anyone wants to hear come from their care giver and definitely not representative of Rover. Final words from Karaan to me. " Karma is a bitch!" I wont be repaying her for the lock smith she hired while she sat waiting at the neighbors drinking wine. Upon meeting up with lock smith left him unattended while he unlocked my front door and disarmed mt security system!!! I gave no such authorization to to leave anyone in my home unattended, providing a my security code or hire a lock smith, when A call to police will provide lockout service at no charge. Karaan advised me not to micro manage her I'm leaving my experience and video monitoring clips with Rover for management. I hope for you, A picture and a story from your provider isn't just lip service.
