Pet care experience
I have had dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and reptiles in the past. I am a very experienced animal lover and have shown dogs in dog shows as well. I personally have 2 Labrador mix dogs, 1 silky terrier show dog, 1 long hair doxie and a rose breasted cockatoo! I am a mom of 3 college age kids and have a lot of experience in managing busy schedules. I am very dependable and take your pets care seriously. I look forward to meeting your furry family members soon.

Kara is extremely thorough and kind, as well as flexible with her time. Our dogs loved being cared for by her and she was very sweet with them, giving a lot of love.
Kara is amazing!! Took super good care of our 3 pups. Was attentive to our big guys molting season and made sure our house was tidy from all the fur. Took excellent care of our home. All the pups loved her and we highly recommend anyone to her. Very responsible and will definitely use her again!
Kara watched our two dogs and a turtle and we couldn’t be happier. She took suck good care of my pets which allowed us to really enjoy our vacation. We will definitely be using her again.

I am familiar with training puppies and caring for senior aged animals as well. I can give medications and even grooming as needed. I am an avid runner and walker, so would love to take your pets on a stroll in the neighborhood or a jog to get their extra wiggles out while you are away. Having several pets myself and 3 kids, I understand how crazy it can be at times to coordinate care for your pets while planning a get away or a last minute unplanned work trip. I will provide excellent care for your animals and your home while you are away and provide pictures and updates daily.

A typical day
I am an avid runner and walker. I am happy to take your dog on walks or runs or throw the ball in the backyard. If you have an older animal, I am happy to just hang out for a bit and love on them and pet them.
