I love animals- especially dogs 😊I have 1 dog of my own, and grew up with all different sizes and breeds! I've been a dog sitter for over 10 years, and I love working with all different breeds! I personally have a Bernese Mountain Dog mix, and my parents have a mix breed rescue and a Bernie/Newfie mix. I graduated from Oakland University with a BA in Criminal Justice & Sociology. I enjoy dog-sitting so I do this on the side to help pay bills and play with pups! I love dogs, and would love to help watch yours while you are away! With my experience I'm comfortable with all sizes and breeds, and giving meds as needed. I can’t wait to meet your fur-babies! Due to this being my side job, I mostly do overnights and have mostly repeat clients only.

As I have stated before, Kara is awesome, fabulous, dependable, and the list goes on! When Kara watches our Harley (Boxer/Lab) I get regular updates and photos and get to enjoy my trip as I know Harley is in such good hands. We absolutely love Kara as our dog sitter.
Kara is outstanding. I can actually enjoy my vacation trips without worrying about Harley, our dog. Kara sends me regular updates and photos and communicates with me during my absence. Harley loves her🐶😊

My dogs are all sizes, and I don't have a big yard so they go on walks, and swim in the summer time because I live on a lake. I would prefer sitting in your home due to this and my other animals, and also I've found in my experience dogs do best when they are in their own home environment.
A typical day
I have a hybrid full time job, so my office days I would be gone from around 8:30am-4pm give or take, then would be with your pets overnight until I leave for work. Hybrid days I typically work from your home majority if not the entire day.

I work full time, with a hybrid work schedule. I can work from your home 3 days during the workweek, and have to report to an office 2 days during the workweek. I don’t work weekends at my main job.
