Hi! My name’s Kara and I recently moved to Seattle- what better way to explore the city than with your pup (or kitty)? I am a former Veterinary Assistant at a local animal hospital, and I have professional experience working at a humane society as an Animal Care Tech, a locally owned pet store, and have volunteered in wildlife rehabilitation and other shelters. I’m well educated in animal nutrition and behavior, Fear Free Shelter certified, and confident in my abilities around animals of all sizes, temperaments, and needs! I am able to give oral and injectable medications, and administer subcutaneous fluids. I also have experience with cats, rodents, reptiles, aquatics, birds, and a lot more.
