Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Kara. I wanted to start Rover to meet new dogs and cats as well as earn some extra money. I am currently studying for my board exam for occupational therapy. I would still be willing to do house sitting during this time. I have a family dog (recently diagnosed with CKD) who is a 15 year old chihuahua poodle mix named Oreo who I absolutely adore. I have dog sat for many friends and family members over the years and also for some cats. I have watched the dog breeds: Maltese, Pomeranian, German Shepherd, Corgi, Labrador Retrievers, Golden doodle, Pitbull breeds and other mixed dogs. I would be willing to walk your dog, stay with them at your home, let them out for potty breaks, or anything else that we could discuss! I look forward to meeting you and your pet!

Kara did such a fantastic job watching out 10 month old puppy for the weekend. She kept good communication and kept our puppy busy and tired. She kept the house tidy and our puppy seemed to have an excellent time with Kara. Would book Kara again for any in house dog sitting we need.

Kara was excellent with my (kind of anxious) Phoebe. She was neat and clean and sent great pictures. She spent an entire week with my pupper and Phoebe was very relaxed when I got home. Couldn't have asked for a better sitter I was greatly impressed!
Kara provided consistent updates throughout the time that she was watching the cats. She went beyond and ensured that the food bowls were clean. During the process of scheduling, she was very flexible had excellent communication.
