Hello! My name is Kara Gillespie. I graduated Palos Verdes High School in 2020. I'm looking for a way to make some money and have some fun! I have one labrador retriever, Lola and an Akita named Kouta. I have grown up my whole life around big dogs and helped out with them. Both big dogs (80 pounds and 120 pounds) , I take care of them, cuddle with them, clean and groom them, take them on walks, run them, take them to dog beaches and dog parks, and clean up after them. I love to spend time with my dogs and spoil them, it makes me happy. I have cared for my family and friends dogs before. Looking to work in the Palos Verdes/ South Bay area.

Kara is a wonderfully caring and conscientious pet sitter. We were away for 2 weeks and Kara took amazing care of our 2 large energetic dogs and our household. Kara sent photos regularly and updated us with how our pups were doing. They loved their long daily runs/walks, outside play and cuddles during downtime watching movies. She watered the plants, made sure mail deliveries were secure, and managed the household overall. Kara was a great comfort to our family while we were away. She is a rare find, an enthusiastic loving pet sitter and a natural with animals. We feel very fortunate that we have found her as our pet sitter.
Kara is amazing with dogs! My family has trusted her since we met her to take care of our dogs and house it. She loves dogs and is a natural with them. She even bathes them on request! Love her best dog sitter!
Kara was great and patient with Jenji. He isn’t the easiest dog to handle and she was thoughtful in how she approached gaining his trust.

We can go on walks along the cliffs, on the strand or by the beach or just in the neighborhood! I'm also willing to run the dog if the owner would like that!
